Simple Layouts and Blazing Page Speed
In 2016, Einstein Medical continued to break ground in a new frontier of SEO and web design. We launched 26 new sites in the first quarter, and each one is uniquely prepared to stand apart in the Age of Mobile First.
“Mobilegeddon” - the affectionate name given to Google’s 2015 algorithm change that sent the industry scrambling to redesign their websites - is no longer a reason to panic. Instead, it’s our new way of life, and in our quest to help clients provide the best possible user experience, we are truly excited to be implementing new ways to cater to those using tablets and smartphones to find their doctors.
Our immediate reaction to the new algorithm was to make certain that each page of each site had a supremely clean layout resulting in a linear and informative experience when scrolling from top to bottom, with an instantly accessible menu always ready to take the reader to a deeper page or provide an opportunity to get in touch with the practice. These sites are also built for optimized page speed (loading time) by eliminating data such as excessive photo resolution.
Just like the thesis statements we all studied back in 9th grade English class, our Thesis sites are designed to make an incredibly clear statement of purpose supported by an efficiently delivered foundation of information. This is achieved with an exceptional page speed, the use of big, bold headlines, and specially selected and modified fonts that are easy to read whether you are using a tablet, a two-year-old smartphone, or a giant desktop monitor.
The new home of Choate Eye Associates uses the Plaza theme, one of our very first Thesis themes. The home page opens with a beautiful sunset shot of the Nashville skyline. The sophisticated combination of large, legible cursive headlines and a simply beautiful sans-serif font throughout creates an experience that is as attractive as it is informative.
