A Beautiful Website for an Esteemed Plastic Surgeon
The team at Einstein Medical is proud to have had the honor of working with Dr. Albert Chow in the development of his new website, www.beautyplasticsurgery.com. A member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Chow is an experienced, knowledgeable, and esteemed member of his field. He felt it necessary to have a professional website that was befitting his professional stature, and he entrusted Einstein Medical with the task of providing it.
With his new website, both new and existing patients can quickly access the information they’re looking for, whether it be Dr. Chow’s credentials and biography or information pertaining to specific procedures he performs, such as breast enhancement and facelift surgery. The design is understated, the site structure is simple and logically thought out, and the interface is intuitive, so that individuals have a better user experience. At Einstein Medical, we strive to design and build websites that will serve our patients’ needs for years, if not decades. By not falling victim to recent trends, and instead focusing on effective business solutions, we can build websites that stand the test of time.

A Website for the 21st Century
Prior to coming to Einstein Medical, Dr. Chow had an existing website that featured ample content on a range of topics. Our goal was to design and build a website that could make best use of that content so that individuals who arrived to his website – new and existing patients alike – could find the information they were seeking quickly and easily. We accomplished this through a logically thought out site structure. The hierarchy of the website is broken down like a pyramid; detail pages are categorized underneath broader-scope pages, so that like pages could be grouped. Thus, pages on topics ranging from body contouring and breast procedures to facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasty can all be accessed from a single page on cosmetic surgery. By providing access to these top-level pages at the top of every page, no page on the website is ever more than two or three clicks away for the user. The overall impact of this layout is a website that is condensed and “flatter,” thus making navigation simpler and easier.
The website also seamlessly incorporates the client’s various social media outlets into the navigation. Just as individuals can access almost any page on the website through one or two clicks, so too can they access Dr. Chow’s Facebook page, Google + account, Twitter account, or YouTube channel. Icons for these various online profiles are included in the footer navigation on every page; subtly incorporated so as to not be too conspicuous, yet easily accessible and available should someone be so inclined to navigate away from the website. These features, and many more such as a photo gallery and conspicuous calls-to-action at the bottom of each page, are all designed to provide a better user experience and increase conversion of website visitors.
