We've had tremendous success with PrePatient. Potential leads are coming in on a daily basis and the conversion is unbelievable. The software is so easy to use, and the inclusion of the follow-ups has just increased the number of patients coming in. At first I was very apprehensive about doing this, but now, the first thing I do every morning is open PrePatient to see how many leads I can convert. I find it challenging and full-filling. The support and motivation from Einstein, and especially Will, are tremendous. Together, we tweak the best-practices templates to make them more appealing to the potential clients and brainstorm on ideas of how to further utilize PrePatient.
